The Postpartum Post
A monthly letter for the mother inside the mother
The Postpartum Post is a monthly mailed poetry and reflection subscription created to accompany you through the first year of motherhood.
Each month, you’ll receive a thoughtfully designed envelope containing:
-
Two original poem prints by Cameron Moss
-
A guided reflection card with gentle journal prompts
-
Writing centered on the emotional season of postpartum you may be living through
The poems move alongside your journey—from the first disorienting weeks after birth to the slow, complicated process of meeting the woman you are becoming.
They explore the parts of motherhood that are often difficult to say out loud: grieving your old life, missing your partner, feeling lonely while never being alone, carrying the weight of being needed, watching your baby grow, and discovering a strength you did not know you had.
This is not a baby book.
It is not a record of milestones, feeding schedules, or sleep.
It is a place to remember how you were doing, too.
Keep the prints somewhere close. Frame them, place them beside your bed, tuck them into your journal, or return to them on the days when you need to feel understood.
The journal prompts are intentionally gentle. There is no pressure to write perfectly or fill an entire page. They are simply an invitation to pause, make space for yourself, and put language around what this season has asked you to carry.
My hope is that each envelope arrives like a quiet reminder from another mother:
You are not the only one who has felt this way.
You have not disappeared.
You are becoming.
